Shenzhen, October 4, 2026. xftech has introduced a structured product care planning framework for commercial robot vacuum deployments. The program is designed to make maintenance visible before a fault interrupts the cleaning schedule.

What the program covers

The framework includes a site inventory, operator checklist, consumable plan and escalation path. It can be adapted to S1 Office, S1 Suite and S1 Fleet deployments, with service intervals based on operating hours and the actual environment.

  • Initial equipment and site information record.
  • Brush, filter, bag and mop-pad planning.
  • Daily and weekly operator checks.
  • Fault reporting and response responsibilities.
  • Periodic review of coverage and service demand.

Why a structured plan is needed

Commercial cleaning robots operate in shared environments where an unplanned stop can affect guests, staff or clients. A documented service plan reduces the chance that a missing filter, blocked dock or unclear staff responsibility goes unnoticed until the next peak period.

The operator role

The program does not require a dedicated robotics engineer. It defines a small set of daily checks that an assigned operator can complete and separates them from technical support tasks. That distinction makes the plan easier to adopt across housekeeping and facilities teams.

Availability

Product care planning is available as part of commercial deployment discussions. Property teams can contact hello@xftech.fun for more information.
