Shenzhen, September 2, 2026. xftech has introduced an S1 Fleet operator training kit for multi-floor office and facility teams. The material is designed to make daily robot responsibilities clear before a larger deployment.
Training modules
The kit covers route ownership, dock checks, consumable replacement, basic fault response and escalation. It also explains how to document a blocked route or interrupted clean.
The training separates tasks that can be handled by an on-site operator from those that require technical support.
Supporting fleet control
S1 Fleet combines multiple robots with central task visibility. Training helps the property use that information effectively and avoid unmanaged intervention.
Each floor should still have a documented route and service owner.
