Products, planning and aftercare
Robot vacuum services built around how your space runs.
We help households, property teams and facilities teams turn intelligent cleaning hardware into a reliable operating routine.
What we support
Six services.
One clear outcome.
Every engagement is sized to the environment. A single apartment does not need the same process as a multi-floor office, but both need clarity before deployment.
Space and model planning
We review floor type, room count, thresholds, furniture density and traffic before recommending X1, S1, H1 or R1.
Docking and installation
Dock placement, power access, network setup, first-run mapping and route checks are planned before the system goes live.
Team onboarding
Practical operating guidance for household users, cleaning teams and facilities staff, including first-line fault checks.
Preventative maintenance
Service intervals for brushes, filters, mop pads, sensors and batteries help protect performance and avoid avoidable downtime.
Route and schedule tuning
No-go zones, room order, frequency and operating windows are adjusted as the real pattern of the space becomes visible.
Product and service support
Technical questions, consumable planning and support coordination are handled through a clear point of contact.
How it works
A measured path
from idea to operation.
The process stays lightweight for a home and becomes more structured for a commercial deployment or multi-site pilot.
Share the brief
Floor area, room types, floor materials, traffic, pets and desired cleaning window.
Review the fit
We identify the practical model, quantity and any site conditions that need attention.
Plan deployment
Dock position, power, connectivity, route map, safety notes and handover scope.
Run the first clean
Validate mapping, check edge behavior and adjust zones before regular scheduling.
Keep improving
Review performance, consumables and route changes as the space or routine evolves.
Common questions
The details that decide the experience.
Still unsure about a floor type, dock location or multi-unit setup? Send us the context and we will answer directly.
Can an xftech robot clean high-pile carpet?
X1 and S1 models are primarily specified for hard floors, low-pile carpet and low-pile rugs. High-pile or very soft carpet can increase resistance and reduce cleaning consistency. Share the carpet type and pile height before selecting a model.
What floor types are supported?
Typical applications include tile, sealed stone, laminate, vinyl, timber and low-pile carpet. Unsealed natural stone, wet areas, outdoor paving and surfaces with loose construction debris require separate assessment.
How many robots does an office need?
The answer depends on usable floor area, obstacle density, operating window, floor transitions and required coverage frequency. For planning, send a floor plan or approximate area by zone. A single S1 Office can cover up to 1,800 sqm per day in suitable conditions, but route complexity may require more units.
Does the dock require plumbing?
Some premium self-cleaning docks can be connected to a water line where the site supports it. Tank-based configurations are also available. We confirm the exact dock model, clearance and refill approach during deployment planning.
Is installation included?
Installation and onboarding scope varies by market and order size. For a home, it may be a guided first-run setup. For a commercial site, it can include dock planning, mapping validation, operator training and a handover checklist.
What maintenance does the robot need?
Regular checks typically include dust-bin and dock bag status, brush and filter cleaning, mop pad care, sensor inspection and software updates. The exact interval depends on use frequency, debris volume and the model.
Plan the clean around the space, not the other way around.
Whether you are setting up one apartment or evaluating a commercial pilot, a short space review is the fastest way to a useful recommendation.
