R1 Fleet: built for demanding facility floors.
Coordinated multi-unit cleaning for campuses, warehouses and large facility groups.
Product overview
Coordinated multi-unit cleaning for campuses, warehouses and large facility groups. The R1 Rugged Series is positioned for industrial and facility teams that need repeatable coverage around equipment, defined traffic lanes and changing operating conditions.
The strongest fit is multi-building campuses, large warehouses and managed facility teams. The published daily planning range is up to 3,500 sqm, with the 10 l commercial selected for the site configuration.
Route quality matters as much as suction. Fixed machinery, loose cables, pallets and temporary storage should be mapped or removed before launch. The operating team should also define who checks the dock, brush path and filter condition after each shift.
For procurement, review the full operating envelope rather than a single suction figure. Confirm aisle widths, floor transitions, charging access, network coverage, noise expectations and the hours available for cleaning. These inputs determine route design, dock capacity and the number of robots required. A documented launch plan should also assign responsibility for consumables, exception handling and service escalation so the deployed system remains predictable after handover.

Applications
Multi-building campuses
Coordinate units, floors and operating windows from one deployment plan.
Large warehouses
Assign routes to units and review exceptions from the fleet dashboard.
Managed facility teams
Connect operator ownership, dock cycles and service records.
Deployment profile
Map the operating floor
Review buildings, floor zones, network coverage and dock capacity. Assign machines, routes and operating windows.
Prepare access and boundaries
Confirm dock space, charging access, floor transitions and restricted equipment zones. Review loose materials and shifting pallet positions with the site team.
Assign the operating owner
Add units and floors against documented pilot results. Keep a record of exceptions, route changes and planned service work.
Multi-unit pilot for a facility campus
Industrial campus, two buildings and approx. 5,200 sqm. The facilities team needed a repeatable way to compare machine coverage and service workload before expanding. One building was used as a pilot with route assignments, dock cycles and operator exceptions recorded in the dashboard. Expansion decisions can be based on measured coverage, intervention frequency and service planning rather than assumptions.
Operating workflow
Assess
Review buildings, floor zones, network coverage and dock capacity.
Design
Assign machines, routes and operating windows.
Pilot
Measure coverage, interventions and service workload.
Scale
Add units and floors against documented pilot results.
Maintenance and uptime
- Every shiftConfirm dock return, debris bin status and any route exception recorded by the operator.
- WeeklyInspect brushes, filters, sensors, mop pads and dock inlets for wear or accumulated debris.
- MonthlyReview service logs, consumable stock, route changes and firmware status.
- At handoverName the owner for consumables, service escalation and route approval.
Accessories, dock capacity, local safety requirements and warranty terms should be confirmed in the quotation.
