Shenzhen, October 11, 2026. xftech has expanded the deployment support available for S1 commercial cleaning robots in offices, hotels and multi-floor properties. The update focuses on the operational steps that determine whether a robot can be used consistently after the initial demonstration.

Expanded deployment scope

The service now covers site and floor review, dock placement, electrical and network checks, first-run mapping, route validation and operator handover. For larger properties, the planning process can include separate assumptions for each floor and zone.

What the handover includes

  • Review of cleanable area, floor material and operating windows.
  • Dock location and service access planning.
  • Route sequencing and no-go zone setup.
  • First-line maintenance and fault response guidance.
  • Consumable and support planning for the site team.

Why deployment support matters

A commercial robot can be technically capable and still fail to deliver value if the dock blocks a corridor, the route conflicts with guest movement or no staff member owns the daily check. The expanded process makes those responsibilities explicit before the robot is scheduled.

S1 models covered

The support framework applies across the S1 family, including S1 Office for scheduled floor care, S1 Suite for quieter hospitality environments and S1 Fleet for multi-unit deployments. The appropriate unit count still depends on the actual floor plan and operating window.

Request a project review

Property teams can submit a floor plan, approximate cleanable area and preferred cleaning window for an initial review. Media requests and commercial inquiries can be sent to hello@xftech.fun.
