The pilot can include site review, dock positioning, first-run mapping, route validation and operator handover. Properties record interventions, coverage and dock cycle time during the evaluation period.
The process is intended to test the operating model rather than only demonstrate a single successful clean.
Evaluation metrics
Useful metrics include percentage of intended route completed, number of staff interventions, average cleaning time and fault frequency.
A final review compares the pilot result with the existing manual process and defines the conditions for adding another unit or floor.
