Shenzhen, September 14, 2026. xftech has added a dock placement review for home and commercial robot vacuum installations. The service is intended to catch site issues before the robot schedule begins.

What the review checks

The review covers level floor, power access, cable routing, front and side clearance, network coverage and service access. Plumbed docks are checked for water supply and leak protection.

Customers can submit photos or a simple floor plan for an initial assessment.

Why placement matters

A dock in a narrow corridor or near a door swing can cause repeated failed returns. A location with good clearance and stable connectivity supports the entire cleaning routine.

Commercial sites should also document who will manage bags, filters and fault response.
